This little gem in Silverlake needs some help. Although this house had been remodeled recently, the new homeowners decided they wanted to refine the interior layout and install new landscaping. We will also be adding a workhouse at the back of the property. This will be a very exciting and fun project indeed. We will be sure to keep you posted as we proceed this spring.

SITE PLAN

We have created a master suite with a closet and private bath for the master bedroom. Also, a proper sized bathroom has been conveniently relocated near the two bedrooms and a coat closet and powder room are now relocated near the living and dining areas.

WRITING/RECORDING STUDIO

This special space has a special purpose. It will be used for writing and recording music. The walls are angled for acoustics along with the sound booth for drums. Follow along as the design progresses...
