This modest appearing, ranch-styled home is two-story house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a basement. It has an open floor plan on the entry level. Our work is to open up the top floor even more by removing two walls and a portion of a wall in the entry alcove.

The exterior of the house will remain intact, the hardwood siding will be refinished and the original brickwork will be cleaned and repaired as necessary to protect this home during extreme, year-round, conditions

The three bathrooms in the house are all original. With similar designs, they are each outfitted with period tilework.

Each bathroom will be remodeled with new vanities, sinks and plumbing fixtures.

The new bathroom designs will be brighter and with updated plumbing fixtures and lighting.
