This corner view of the lot shows both projects. The Craftsman House to the left had a bedroom, bathroom and garage added to the house in the same style. On the same lot, a two-story home was designed and built next door for a relative of the owner.

The plan shows the outline of the  new house and the addition to the existing Craftsman House which was existing on the lot.

The finished house has a top floor for the studio and a roof top deck. The living room maintains the flat roof design with the projecting fireplace.

This image shows the garage portion of the addition to the Craftsman house. Just visible is the top of the new house beyond. The bedroom and bathroom are situated behind the garage.
