This home on East Loma Alta was lost. Previously a single family home with a view. The new design will use the previous footprint with additional square footage added. The new home features a mid-century aesthetic with a low, flat roofline, a large vaulted ceiling over the main space and expansive views.

The house which was lost will be mostly replicated with additional features which will make it an extraordinary home.

This site plan shows the areas which are required to maintained with fire preventative materials including the areas directly adjacent the house and up to thirty feet.

The new floorplan shows an courtyard entry, and open living and dining area, a large main bedroom suite with private bathroom and walk in closet.

The house is designed with a light color stucco exterior and hardwood features. The strip windows under the roofline and around the house allow for indirect natural daylight to illuminate the house throughout the day.

The interiors are designed using a simple palette of simple colors and natural textures for the finish selections including engineered hardwood flooring, earth toned tiles and fabric textiles.
