This home was lost to the Eaton Canyon fire. Our design is rebuild the house in the original footprint and add square footage.

The new home will change the previous floorplan to suit the needs of the owners. The design shows a larger kitchen with a vaulted ceiling in the living room and also the kitchen and dining area.

The rebuilt home will maintain the location of the previous bedrooms, but the main bedroom will be expanded with a larger private bathroom than previously. There is a mud room area which services the backyard activities such as gardening and the laundry.

The entry portion of the house with the fireplace chimney and gabled roofline will be rebuilt as previously. A large, sloping shed roof hovers over the kitchen and dining areas, both roofs are specified standing seam steel roofs to prevent fire.

These cross sectons though the house show the upper clerestory windows in the vaulted ceilings which will illuminate the main portion of the house throughout the daytime.
