The ADU has almost completed the framing phase. Next will install the spiral, steel stair.

This project will convert the existing detached garage to an Accessory Dwelling Unit with two-stories.

The lower floor features the kitchen, living and dining area, with a powder room and washer/dryer combination. The upper floor is the bedroom with private bathroom and is served by a spiral staircase within a curved dome with a skylight and windows placed evenly around the perimeter to create a magical space.

The design is compact to fit within the constraints of the site with a curved facade.

The interior finishes are handsome, classic and complement the rounded and curved form of the building.

The project has broken ground as the formwork has been installed and is ready to pour the concrete foundations.
